Unwind under the evening sky with a gentle, somatic-based yoga class led by Julia Wheeler.
This all-levels session is open to anyone working in healthcare - whether you're at the bedside, behind the scenes, or anywhere in between.

We'll move slowly and intentionally, offering space for breath, rest, and reconnection.
No yoga experience needed. Come as you are.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat

• Water bottle
  (We’ll have extras on hand if you forget!)
